With the development of the collaborative gripper RG2, On Robot has brought to the market a product that is easy to install, is safe to work alongside humans and is very easy to program. The RG2 does not require any compressed air, no external power supply and no external signal cables.
随着协作型夹爪RG2的开发,On Robot已在市场投放一款易于安装、可与人类安全工作、易于编程的产品。RG2不需要任何压缩空气,无外部电源,无外部信号电缆。
Owing to the UR+ program, the RG2 integrates seamlessly with the whole range of UR robots. The gripper works right out of the box and straight into the production line.
得益于UR +程序,RG2可与整个UR机器人系列无缝集成。夹爪开箱即可使用,可直接进入生产线。
On Robot has developed the unique Dual Gripper so that two RG2 can be installed on the same UR robot. This setup increases the productivity by: a) eliminating the change of tools and fingertips, b) handling two pieces at the same time. The second RG2 in the setup can easily be retrofitted after the first RG2 has been installed and shown its worth, thus making the investment future-proof.
